Jessica Zuban

Landscape Architect, Planner, Ecologist

MLA (Distinction), MScEcol (Distinction), BArts Int Studies, CertPermDes

Jessica is a whole-systems designer with a deep-rooted passion for plants, ecological thinking, and the places where people and nature connect. With a background in horticulture and ecology, and an extensive knowledge of local flora, she brings both technical expertise and genuine care to every project she takes on.

Her work spans a wide range of scales — from bespoke residential gardens and outdoor living spaces to landscape assessments and larger spatial planning studies. Equally at home sketching a concept with clients as she is coordinating with consultants and contractors, Jessica takes projects from initial idea through to built reality. Graphic communication and strong client relationships are as central to her practice as the design work itself.

Outside the studio, Jessica is happiest with her hands in the soil, growing her own food. She recharges in the outdoors — whether that’s on a long-distance tramp, backcountry skiing in the mountains, or curling up with a good book by the fire.
